Refund policy

Orders:
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Refunds:
We want you to be happy with your items. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with any item purchased online, you may courier item, at your own cost, to us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice, and it is unworn and in its original saleable condition. Please e-mail sales@nicolawest.com for more information.
How will I be refunded?
Your refund will be given against the original payment card as specified on your proof of purchase (your online dispatch note serves as your proof of purchase). For example, if you paid online with a credit card, we will process your refund to the same credit card. Provided you meet the terms stated above. 
Please note: 
All costs involved with, returning goods will be at your own cost.
No refunds on sale, raffle or promotional items.
We do not give cash refunds.
